This website describes Cigned and provides ways to make enquiries. Demo and quotation requests do not confirm appointments, orders or contracts.

Pricing and Trial Enquiries

Uganda base prices are in UGX. The pricing page also shows local prices for Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa: converted Uganda rates plus 5%, rounded to the nearest 10 currency units for Ghana and South Africa, or the nearest 100 for other countries outside Uganda. Annual totals are twelve times the rounded annual monthly rate. Confirm invoice currency and payment arrangements before purchase. The following figures are the Uganda base prices. Annual billing rates are monthly equivalents paid as a yearly amount: UGX 300,000/year for Basic, UGX 1,200,000/year for Standard, and UGX 3,600,000/year for Premium. Monthly billing is 50% higher: UGX 37,500, UGX 150,000, and UGX 450,000/month respectively. Email verification starts a 14-day personal trial with 10 completed documents total, one owner and no teams. Trial PDFs carry “Cigned Trial · cigned.com”. Paid document allowances are monthly, including annual packages. Choosing a package creates an invoice; full payment confirmed by an administrator activates or schedules the package. No automatic charge or overage fee is made. Agree tax treatment and payment instructions before paying.

Documents and Marks

Use stamps and signatures only with appropriate permission. Visual marks are not certificate-backed digital signatures. Check document requirements with the intended recipient.

Separate App Services

Account creation and document processing happen in the Cigned app. These website terms do not replace app service or subscription terms. Custom integrations and deployment requirements require a separate quotation.
