One Document, One Count.
A document counts once when its completed PDF is created, regardless of how many marks or later revisions it contains. Drafts and failed processing do not consume the allowance. Annual plans also have monthly document allowances.
Same Features, Different Capacity.
Standard and Premium include the same core team tools. Standard supports up to 2 teams; Premium supports up to 5 teams, more members and a larger monthly document allowance.

How Does Annual Billing Work?
The displayed annual rate is the monthly equivalent of a yearly payment. The yearly total is twelve times the displayed annual monthly rate in your selected currency. Document allowances remain monthly.
Why Is Monthly Billing Higher?
Monthly billing uses a 50% higher base rate. Local rates are rounded to the nearest 10 for Ghana and South Africa, and the nearest 100 for other countries outside Uganda, so the exact saving can vary slightly. Each card shows the yearly saving with annual billing.
Do Features Change With Billing Frequency?
No. The features, user limits and monthly document allowances stay the same. Only the price and payment frequency change.
What Happens If I Need More Capacity?
Request a larger package in Billing or contact the team for a custom quotation. Full-price paid upgrades start after payment confirmation. Downgrades and renewals start at the paid period end, subject to capacity limits. No automatic overage charges are made.
Does the Trial Automatically Become a Subscription?
No. Email verification starts your 14-day personal trial automatically. It expires after 14 days, and the 10-document allowance does not reset. A paid package starts only after administrator-confirmed payment; no card is required to try Cigned.
How Do I Pay for a Plan?
Choose a package in the app to receive an invoice. Agree payment instructions and tax treatment with the administrator; confirmed full payment activates or schedules your package. No automatic charge is made. Mobile money and card checkout are planned.
Can I Pay From Another Country?
Choose Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Nigeria, Ghana or South Africa above to view local prices. Tell us your country and plan needs to confirm payment arrangements before purchase.
How Are Local Prices Set?
Outside Uganda, we convert the Uganda price to your local currency, add 5% and round to the nearest 10 currency units for Ghana and South Africa, or the nearest 100 for other countries. Annual totals are twelve times the rounded annual monthly rate; savings compare that total with twelve rounded monthly payments.
